License
One license = use by one person or one business (including its employees and contractors) for its own records. You may edit the file and send documents you create with it (invoices, quotes) to your clients. You may not resell, share, give away or redistribute the template or its 'Make a copy' link, in original or modified form, or use it to create templates for sale. Need it for multiple businesses? Delivery
Templates are instant digital downloads: an Excel (.xlsx) file plus a PDF with a Google Sheets "Make a copy" link. No physical item is shipped.
Digital products and refunds
Because our templates are digital downloads, returns and exchanges aren't accepted. If your file won't open or something isn't working, email us and we'll fix or replace it, or help you get set up. This doesn't affect your statutory rights. Bought on Etsy? Message us there. Bought on this site? Email info@sheetsmithstudio.com with your order email and the template name.
Payments
Website purchases are processed by our checkout provider (Payhip) and its payment partners. Etsy purchases are governed by Etsy's terms. We never receive your full card details. Payhip also shows you its standard End User Licence. As the copyright owner, Sheetsmith Studio grants you the broader rights in the License above; if the two conflict, the broader rights from Sheetsmith Studio apply.

This is an organizing tool, not tax, legal, accounting or financial advice, and it doesn't calculate tax owed. Results depend on the numbers you enter. Talk to a qualified professional about your own situation. Templates are provided "as is". We test them carefully, but you're responsible for checking your entries and results. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any purchase is limited to the price you paid.
Rates and rules
Where a template includes a published rate (for example the IRS standard mileage rate) or typical platform fees, it reflects what we found at the time of release and may change. Always confirm current figures with the official source.
Trademarks
Microsoft Excel is a trademark of Microsoft Corporation; Google Sheets is a trademark of Google LLC. Other platform names mentioned are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility. Sheetsmith Studio is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by any of them.
AI disclosure
This template was designed with the help of AI tools (layout ideas, formula drafting and description writing). Every formula was then built, tested and checked by Sheetsmith Studio before listing.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts in Maricopa County, Arizona, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring them elsewhere. Nothing here limits consumer rights that can't be waived.

We may update these terms; the version posted when you buy applies to that purchase.
