About Sheetsmith Studio

Sheetsmith Studio is a small, Arizona-based shop that makes spreadsheet templates for people who'd rather run their business than build spreadsheets: freelancers, cleaning businesses, contractors, makers and resellers, short-term rental hosts, and couples planning a wedding.

Every template starts from a real job to be done (pricing a product, chasing an invoice, logging mileage) and is built to be hard to break. That means dropdowns where they help, check columns that flag typos, totals that reconcile, and locked formula cells you can unlock anytime.

How we build

This template was designed with the help of AI tools (layout ideas, formula drafting and description writing). Every formula was then built, tested and checked by Sheetsmith Studio before listing. Each release is checked by an automated test suite and by buyer-style retests before it goes on sale.

What we don't do

We don't give tax, legal or financial advice, and our templates don't calculate tax owed. They help you organize your numbers so that you, or your accountant, can make decisions.
